Watch an employee's computer

Employees that work on a computer have a screen you can watch live. It opens only when you ask.

Open it

1. Open the employee's chat. The panel is closed.
2. Open the panel and choose the Computer tab. On a phone, choose the screen button in the header to see it full screen.
3. If the computer is asleep, it starts. You see "Starting…" and then the live screen.

While you watch, your clicks do nothing. You cannot disturb the work. To act yourself, see Take control of a computer.

One screen at a time

Each computer shows live in one place at a time, whether that is the panel, the floating window or full screen. If it is showing elsewhere, you see where, and can choose Show Here.

If it doesn't work

• "Taking longer than usual" appears after 2 minutes. After 5 minutes the app stops waiting and shows that it failed, with the reason.
• If the screen stops updating, close the Computer tab and open it again.
• A sleeping computer starts only when you open the Computer tab.
