Review and resume past actions

Every action an employee takes on a computer is recorded. In the Activity tab you can search them, replay them, and resume interrupted work.

Find an action

1. Open the Activity tab.
2. Use the search field and the filters: computer or device, app or site, and time.
3. Tasks are grouped by task, newest first. A task can show "Interrupted" or "N didn't work".

Replay

1. Choose an action. The replay shows the screen before and after it, with the pointer path drawn over it.
2. Use previous, play and next, or the slider. Arrow keys move one step.

Resume

If a task was interrupted in this chat, choose "Resume from here". The replay opens on the last completed action, and the employee carries on after it. It is offered once per task.

What is hidden

Typed text, keys typed alone and passwords show only as "Typed text hidden", "Key hidden" or "Hidden". Screens right after a saved sign-in or a code was filled are blurred.

If it doesn't work

• "No match" can mean your filters are too narrow. Choose Clear.
• Pictures are kept for a limited time, so older actions may show no picture.
• If the section is missing, the feature is not on for your account.
