Terms of Service
The AIWorker4U app is an internal tool for people who work at City2Shore Real Estate. These terms are the agreement between you and City2Shore Real Estate about using it.
By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Who may use it
The app is for authorised City2Shore Real Estate personnel. A manager gives you an access code and that code is what turns your account on. Without one, signing in gets you nothing.
It is not for clients, not for the public, and not for anyone under 18. Do not pass your access code to anyone, and do not let another person use the app as you.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. One account belongs to one person, and everything done through it is treated as done by you.
Keep the device you sign in on locked. If you think someone else has reached your account, tell City2Shore Real Estate straight away so it can be switched off.
Using it properly
While you are using the app:
- Give accurate information in requests. The team acts on what you write.
- Treat the company chat as a work channel. No harassment, no discriminatory content, and nothing that would breach fair housing law or your licensing obligations.
- Share client information only where the work needs it, and only as much as the work needs.
- Do not upload anything harmful, and do not try to reach data, accounts or systems that are not yours.
- Do not copy the app or its contents out for use somewhere else.
The assistant can be wrong. It is a starting point, not advice. Check anything that matters with a person before you act on it.
What you submit
Requests, messages and files you put into the app are City2Shore Real Estate business records. They belong to the business, they are kept as records, and managers and the owner can read them.
Write with that in mind. Nothing in the app is a private channel between two people.
Access can be revoked
A manager or the owner can switch your access off at any time, without notice. Access normally ends when your working relationship with City2Shore Real Estate ends.
Switching access off stops you signing in. It does not delete what you already sent, which stays part of the business record.
Availability and no warranty
The app is provided as is. It may be unavailable, it may lose data, and features may change or be removed at any time. Do not use it as the only copy of anything you need to keep.
City2Shore Real Estate makes no warranties about the app, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent Michigan law allows those to be disclaimed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, City2Shore Real Estate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app holds about you, who can see it, and how long it is kept. It forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the updated terms.
