Use the floating window

When an employee works and the panel is closed, a small floating window can show what it is doing, so you can keep your place in the chat.

When it shows

• Never when you first open a chat.
• When you close the panel while the employee is working.
• When new work starts and the panel is closed.

It hides when you open the panel or the work stops.

What it shows

• The live screen, if the employee is using a computer. Hover to see Close, Take Over, Pop Out and Move to Other Side.
• Otherwise, a goal with progress, a short to-do list, files it makes, and the skill or routine in use. "See All Activity" opens the Activity tab.

Move and close it

Drag it, and it settles in the nearest corner. With the keyboard, use the arrow keys, or choose Move to Other Side. Close or Escape keeps it closed for the rest of that run.

If it doesn't work

• If it never appears, it may not be on for your account, or the panel is open.
• If another view already shows the screen full size, the window says "Showing full size" with Show Here.
