The AIWorker4U app is an internal tool for people who work at City2Shore Real Estate. It is not a consumer product, it is not for clients, and it is not for anyone under 18. You get in when a manager gives you an access code.

This page says what the app holds about you, who can see it, where it is kept, and how to reach a person about it. Our Terms of Service cover the rules for using it.

Signing in

Sign in with Apple is the only way into the app. There is no AIWorker4U password, so there is no password for us to hold or to lose.

Apple gives us an identifier for your account and, if you allow it, an email address. If you choose Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address ending in privaterelay.appleid.com. That works normally and we do not treat it differently. Some Apple accounts share no email address at all. That is fine: your account works the same way, and colleagues and managers simply see that Apple did not share one.

Apple sends your name only the first time you authorise the app, so we save it then. We never see your Apple ID password or your Apple account settings.

Getting access

Signing in on its own does nothing. A new account is inert until you enter an access code that a manager at City2Shore Real Estate gives you. Codes are eight characters, expire after 24 hours, and repeated attempts are rate limited.

We record which code was used, who issued it, and when your account was switched on.

What we hold about you

Your account record holds:

  • Your first and last name, which you enter during setup.
  • The email address Apple shared, including a private relay address.
  • A phone number, if you give one, and whether you chose to show it to colleagues.
  • A profile photo, if you add one. It is optional. Skip it and colleagues see your initials on a colour instead.
  • Your role: agent, manager or owner.
  • Whether your account is switched on, and who approved it.
  • When the account was created and last changed.

We ask for these because the app is a shared workspace. A request has to say who filed it, and a message has to say who sent it.

What you put into the app

The app stores the work you do in it:

  • Real Support requests: the property address, whether you are buying or listing, the status of the listing agreement, your notes, and your answers to the questions the form asks.
  • Messages in the company-wide group chat, along with reactions and any files you attach. Attachments can be images, video, audio, PDFs and documents, up to 25 MB each.

When you paste a link into the chat, our server fetches that page to build the preview card. The request comes from our server rather than from your phone, and we copy the preview image into our own storage instead of loading it from the other site. The site you linked to sees a request from us, and learns nothing about who posted the link.

Who can see what

  • Colleagues see your name and your photo, and only the contact details you chose to show. If you said not to show your phone number, they do not see it.
  • Everyone in the company chat sees everything posted there. It is one room for the whole brokerage, not a private line.
  • Real Support requests go to the City2Shore Real Estate team who work them.
  • Managers and the owner can see all account details, including email addresses and phone numbers, and can switch an account on or off.

Where your information is stored

Supabase hosts the database, the sign-in service, file storage and live updates on our behalf. That is where your account record, your requests, your messages and your files live.

Sign in with Apple is handled by Apple, under Apple’s own privacy policy. We receive only what Apple chooses to send us.

The assistant that answers questions inside the app runs on hardware City2Shore Real Estateoperates itself. Traffic reaches it through Cloudflare, which sits in front of that hardware.

There is no advertising in the app, no analytics kit, and no third-party trackers of any kind.

How it is protected

  • Everything the app sends is encrypted in transit.
  • The database enforces who may read each row, in the database itself, rather than trusting the app to ask the right question.
  • Message attachments and profile photos live in private storage. They are not on public web addresses.

These are the measures we actually take. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any certification or audit.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone to sell.
  • We do not use it for advertising, and we show no adverts.
  • We do not run analytics kits or third-party trackers.
  • We do not use the app to track your location.

How long we keep it

Requests, messages and attachments are business records of the brokerage. We keep them as part of that record, so they are not deleted when you stop using the app.

A manager can switch your access off at any time. That stops you signing in. It does not remove what you already sent.

If your account details are wrong, or you want your profile photo removed, write to us and we will fix it.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when the app changes what it collects or who can see it. The date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed.
