When teammates are using a computer

A team computer is shared. You may see "Other employees are still using this computer." It appears when what you asked for would interrupt employees that are still working on that computer.

What to do

1. Open the computer's Computer tab to see who is working.
2. Stop the other employees' work first, or wait for it to end.
3. Try again.

If it doesn't work

• If you cannot tell who is using the computer, check each employee's status in the Employees page.
• If an employee waits a long time for a screen, others on the computer may be busy.
• If the message stays after everyone has stopped, report it. See Report a problem.
