What is kept and for how long

Chats

Raw messages are deleted after one year by default. What your employees learned from them, in memory, stays until you remove it. An admin can set a shorter period.

Memory

You can see, edit and forget anything. Forgotten memories are erased after 24 hours. Sensitive memories are stored separately and encrypted.

Secrets

Passwords and keys you save are never shown again. Lists show names and details only.

Action history

Typed text is not kept as text. Pictures from replays are kept for a limited time.

Files

Space files stay until you or an editor delete them. Moving a file to the trash asks you first, because there is no restore yet.

Reports

Problem reports remove tokens, keys, cookies, email addresses and long secrets before they leave your device.
