Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. Consider exporting your data first. See Export your data.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account.
2. Read the review. It shows how many employees and Spaces you have, and whether a plan will be cancelled.
3. If a blocker is listed, you cannot continue until it is resolved.
4. Type your email to confirm. The Delete button stays off until it matches.
5. Confirm it is you with your sign-in provider.
6. Delete.

Nothing is deleted in your browser. The server does it.

If it doesn't work

• Each failure has its own message. The dialog cannot be closed while deleting.
• "We need to check it's you." Sign in again to continue, then repeat.
