Export your data

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. Choose Export data.
3. Wait while it prepares. The page checks every 15 seconds while you keep it open.
4. When it is ready, choose Download.

If it doesn't work

• If it fails, choose Try Again.
• The download only works from the same page, in the same window.
