Cloud browser settings

Every employee has a browser on its cloud computer. Settings › Cloud browser controls all of them at once.

Block websites

  1. Open Settings › Cloud browser.
  2. Under Blocked websites, type a site such as example.com and choose Block.

A blocked site is closed to every employee, along with all of its subdomains. That includes the browser on the cloud computer, links an employee clicks, and its web tools. A block takes effect within a minute. A cloud computer that is already open picks it up on the employee's next task.

Sign your employees in with your browser

You can copy your sign-ins for chosen sites from your own Chrome, Edge, Arc or Brave. Your employees are then signed in to those sites too.

  1. Install the AIWorker4U extension in your browser.
  2. Open Settings › Cloud browser in that browser and choose Choose sites.
  3. The first time, choose Allow in the extension's tab so it can see which sites you're signed in to.
  4. Pick the sites and choose Import. Then confirm in the extension's tab.

Only the sites you pick are copied. They're stored encrypted, like a saved password, and only your own employees' computers use them.

Some sites are never imported: AIWorker4U itself, and banks, payment apps, brokers and tax sites.

On a phone, or in Safari or Firefox, use Chrome on your computer to import. In the Mac app, Import opens your browser.

Sign out

  • To sign your employees out of one site, choose Remove next to it.
  • To sign them out of every site, choose Sign out of all sites.

This stops your employees using those sign-ins. It doesn't sign you out of the site in your own browser.

Keep employees signed in

When this is on, a site an employee signs in to stays signed in on all of your employees' computers. When it's off, nothing is shared or reused, but nothing is deleted either.
