Join a Space from an invitation
Steps
- Open the invitation link. If you are signed out, sign in first. You come back to the invitation afterward.
- Check the page. It shows the Space, who invited you, your role and when the link expires.
- Choose Join. The Space opens.
If you choose Not Now, the link still works until it expires.
If it doesn't work
- Expired, revoked or already used: ask the owner for a new link.
- Wrong account: the page shows part of the invited email and the one you are signed in with. Choose Use Another Account. Your invitation is kept.
- Full: the Space has reached its limit. Try Again after the owner makes room.
- Already a member: choose Open Space.
- Archived: the owner has to restore it.
