What always needs you

A few things never run on a rule or an approval from anyone but you.

• Passwords, codes and CAPTCHAs. Your employee hands these to you. You enter them yourself, through Take Control.
• Anything you say by voice. A voice call can only pre-select an option. You tap to confirm.
• Content from the web, email or files. It never authorizes an action.
• Employees cannot loosen their own rules.
• Rules your admin locked.
• Purchases by a guest. "Guests can't make purchases." Ask the person who shared the employee to buy it.

Typed secrets

When you save a password or a key in Settings, the app clears the field before sending and never shows or reveals it again. The page lists only names and details, never the secret.

If it doesn't work

• If an employee keeps handing off a sign-in, it is a login that needs your own hands. Take control, finish it, then choose "I'm Done".
