Name your assistant

Every account has one main employee. It takes the quick questions you type on Home and looks after your past chats. The first time you open the app, you give it a name.

How to name it

1. Open the screen that asks "What should we call your assistant?"
2. Type a name. "Sky" is suggested, and you can use any name you like.
3. Confirm. Your main employee now has that name.

Change it later

You can rename the main employee at any time from its settings in the employee panel. You can also make a different employee the main one. See Manage your employees.

If it doesn't work

• If the naming screen does not appear, your account already has a named assistant.
• If the name does not save, check your connection and try again.
