Talk in a Space conversation

The Conversation tab is one shared conversation for the whole Space. People and employees all write in it.

Who answers

• A message with no mention goes to the Space's lead employee. The lead can pass work to the others.
• "@name" or a mention chip wakes only the people you named.
• "@all" or "@everyone" wakes every employee. Phrases such as "all of you" or "each of you" do too.

Employees run in parallel. To ask for something every morning, say so. Each employee gets its own routine that posts into the Space.

Panel on the right

Members, Routines and Settings. The owner can turn the conversation on or off, pick the lead, and write instructions for the Space.

If an employee does not answer

A notice above the box explains, for example "Iris can't take requests from you yet. Ask Maya Chen to set a credit limit for this Space." See "Set a credit limit for a Space".

Viewers

Viewers can read but not post. The footer says "You're a viewer. You can read this conversation, but only editors can post."

If it doesn't work

• If the whole send is refused, your words stay in the box with one plain sentence.
• If the tab is missing, the conversation is turned off. Only the owner sees the tab to turn it back on.
