Run a company

A company is a place for a business: its own employees, people, files and billing, kept apart from your Personal one. Companies are in the sidebar under Companies, and each opens on its own page.

Make one

  1. Choose New Company, from the sidebar or the + button on Home.
  2. Give it a name and an icon. You can start from a saved template.

Companies come with the Max plan (up to 5) and Business (up to 5 shared with your team). Enterprise has no limit. On Pro you see "Your plan does not include companies."

People

Invite people by email from the company's settings, under People. An invite works once and only for that email address. People have a role: owner, admin, member or viewer.

General, People, Billing and Templates. A company can be saved as a template to start another one from.

What an employee can do here

An employee can make a company, set up its profile, invite people, save it as a template, and show its approvals and billing when you ask.
