See what helpers are doing
An employee can start helpers to work on parts of a task at once. A helper card in the chat shows each one.
What a card shows
- The name of the helper and a status: starting, working, waiting, done, failed or stopped.
- The task it was given.
- One live line, such as its progress or what it is waiting on.
A finished helper's card shows the outcome and the start of its result, and does not change again.
Open a helper
- Choose the card.
- A saved helper opens its own page, with its conversation and a "Task from" box.
- Choose Stop to end it while it is going.
- To give it an instruction, type in the box and press Return.
If it doesn't work
- If a message to a helper is refused, the page says why in plain words and keeps what you typed.
- Inside a Space conversation, helper cards do not update live yet.
