Print from a device
An employee can send a file to print on one of your devices, once printing is turned on for it.
Print a file
- Check printing is on for the device. See Choose what a device may do.
- Ask the employee to print the file on that device.
What can be printed
PDFs, images and text files.
If it doesn't work
- "That kind of file can't be printed." Send a PDF, an image or a text file. Ask the employee to save the file in one of those formats first.
