Understand the safety check
Skills and templates are checked before they can be added or published.
Verdicts
- Safe: nothing found.
- Caution: something to read before you add it.
- Do not install: the check found something risky. Examples are code that sends your data out, hidden or obfuscated text, and unsafe file paths. Findings read "Tries to ..." with the file, line and excerpt.
What you can do
- Read the findings on the listing or on the skill.
- For a skill that is not Safe, you may be able to install it anyway. You confirm once and it is recorded. This is not possible when your workspace locks the check on.
- If the check is switched off for you, every installation that is not Safe is logged.
If it doesn't work
- "Review" means the check has not finished. Wait, then reload.
- A skill that is Do not install stays out of runs until its files are fixed and it is checked again.
- Publishing is refused when the check blocks it. A public listing also needs the deeper check to finish. Otherwise you can share with your workspace.
