Plugins, channels and the Developer page
Plugins connect your employees to apps; see Connect a plugin. These pages in Settings › Integrations cover the rest.
Accounts
Settings › Integrations › Accounts lets one plugin hold several accounts, such as two Gmail accounts. Choose Add another account, name it, then sign in. Connect Gmail, Calendar, Drive or Outlook in Plugins first.
Your own plugins
When no plugin exists for a service, an employee can build one. Settings › Integrations › Your own plugins lists them, with the keys each uses (Open Vault), Always allow, and Remove plugin. Actions in the physical world ask every time.
Channels
Settings › Integrations › Channels lets you chat with an employee from Telegram, Slack or Discord. Choose Connect an app. Telegram and Discord use a one-time code; Slack uses Add to Slack.
Team channels
Settings › Integrations › Team channels puts a shared employee, or a Group's lead, into a Slack channel or Telegram group with Publish. Nothing said in a channel can approve anything. Settings › Billing › Team threads and calls shows each employee's use there, with Stop Following and a limit you can raise.
Developer
Settings › Integrations › Developer is for connecting other software:
- Connect an AI app: copy the MCP server address, paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor as a custom connector, and sign in here. Connected apps can be disconnected.
- API keys: New API key, with what it can do, which employees it reaches, and when it expires. The full key is shown once.
