Choose what you are notified about

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Notifications, under Personalization.
2. Pick what to send: all, Finished, Needs you or Failed.
3. Pick where to send: iPhone, Mac or browser.
4. Under Employees, choose which employees notify you. You can Turn All On or Off, and search when you have more than eight.
5. Under Chats, choose which chats do.

Switches change at once. They save a moment after the last change.

What you get

• "<Name> started", only for work begun without you, such as a routine.
• "<Name> finished", with its closing words, or "Done. Sent you N files."
• "<Name> ran into a problem", with no technical text.
• Needs you.

Several tasks in a row from one employee all alert.

If it doesn't work

• If a save fails, the switch goes back and a toast says so.
• A new employee notifies you by default under the new notifications.
