Edit, undo and forget memories

Edit a memory

1. Open the map and choose the memory.
2. Choose Edit and change the words.
3. Save. The memory keeps its identity.

Forget a memory

1. Choose the memory and then Forget.
2. An Undo stays available for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, the memory is erased for good, including drafts of skills that were learned from the same conversation.

Undo a change

1. Open Changes. Changes are grouped by day and by conversation.
2. Choose Undo on a change. There is no time limit. You can also Redo.
3. To forget everything learned in one conversation, choose "Unlearn this conversation" and confirm.

You can filter changes by layer, employee or Space. Space viewers cannot undo.

If it doesn't work

• If a save conflicts with a change someone else made, you are told and can reload.
• When you undo a skill change, Undo can be refused if the skill was edited afterward, so that the later edit is not lost.
